Portfolio readiness
Author: Eshan Mukherjee
Review date: 7 October 2026
Financial statement and transaction views were revised on 7 October 2026. The featured samples retain their 6 October 2026 information cutoff, and historical analysis dates remain unchanged.
The nine featured packages are independent portfolio samples. Their editable models have been recalculated in all three scenarios, with statement, cash and debt reconciliations checked. Their memos and presentations have been visually reviewed. Synthetic startup accounts, forecast assumptions and hypothetical transaction terms are labeled in the deliverables.
Historical work remains separate from these new samples. Original analysis dates and the mathematical meaning of the historical models are preserved. The historical grocery-platform valuation uses a residual other-liabilities assumption and a depreciation-based capital-expenditure proxy, both of which require review before a live valuation.
Some older training worksheets contain incomplete input sections or broken references inherited from the original files. They remain educational working files, with their original calculations preserved:
| Historical worksheet | Remaining limitation |
|---|---|
| Investments and Portfolios: FIN662 Master Template | Unpopulated template sections produce division and name errors |
| Investments and Portfolios: Money Manager Fees | Incomplete inputs produce division errors |
| Managerial Accounting: Summer 2024 budgeting and cost allocation | Incomplete cost inputs produce division errors |
| Managerial Accounting: Target Costing | Incomplete cost inputs produce division errors |
| Real Estate Debt: AB Advanced RE Homework 2 COMP | Three calculation cells contain value errors |
| Real Estate Debt: Construction Loan and Lender Returns, Homework Assignment 1 Answers | Two summary return cells refer to deleted cells; the original return references cannot be reconstructed without additional assumptions |
| Historical grocery-platform acquisition consideration and financing | The offer and financing examples contain different purchase-price assumptions; reconcile them before transaction use |
| Historical recruitment-software startup financial model | Cash-flow closing balances differ from balance-sheet cash, and some original historical fields are unpopulated |
These limitations do not apply to the nine featured packages. Use their package overviews to navigate the completed work.
